The same situation 5 years playing BF. Never used cheats. And now banned. This is clearly a mistake that must be corrected!

i also am a victim of the same false ban
as others have stated i am a long time player of many FPS and have never once used a hack or even wanted to look for one.
I feel very strongly that EA should be paying much more attention to these claims as they keep adding up. and it is there job to supply a functional product, as that is what we paid for.

What I don't get is why Even Balance doesn't provide us with a clear and undisputable proof after such a severe action against us. Violation AIMBOT #59094 doesn't tell me much...Could be anything and abuse is also possible! Anyway, I don't believe PB worked correctly for a simple reason: PB should have triggered the same violation when I asked a good friend to play on my computer with his own BF4 account. But it didn't... So here I am, left in a no man's land and some vague hypothesis from a company like EB. In one of their tickets, they say: "To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation." So what, I'm not at fault here but still I'm penalized? All I'm asking is EA to verify my identity by all means in order for them to make sure I'm the sole and genuine owner of the banned account and cd key. Once this is done, they can pass that information to EB and lift the ban. Is that silly / impossible?

Punkbuster have a huge database of known cheats. They scan everything in your memory that has the same memory "fingerprint" as cheats. However, no personal information is sent to Punkbuster, excepts these digital fingerprints as that would violate your personal space. So, Evenbalance don't know what programes you have running at what time/place or anything like that, all they know is that something has tried to access your memory like the Aimbot with ID: 59094 does it + your GUID.
In short, I don't know what information you expect Punkbuster to have and share with you, but they most likely don't have it.

Actually, that you "borrow" out your computer to other people would only count for that someone could have installed "bad" software on it. So that's not really a defence of any kind.

No, they don't say that it's YOU that's at fault. They say that someone, using your GUID has, has cheated (according to them anyways). Maybe your Origin account has been hacked and someone have used it to cheat. Maybe you share your computer, with or without you knowing and people have installed cheats on it. They don't know what, just that your guid has been cheating.

They could probably verify that your are the owner of the account, but that information can not be used for anything in relation to lifting the ban. I don't even know how that would work.
i too have just recieved this ban. i stop playing BF4 for a week and come back to this ban. I dont hack and i have my stats to prove it. Evenblance would log the the time and date of the tigger ... so why cant they give us that infomation? why cant they give you the information of what causes the trigger and when? do they not need this infomation to even pass a ban? What i dont understand is when i look up my my GUID code on PB it does not register as listed. Also if it is a case of stolen CD keys shouldnt EA help by providing activation dates and login times on origan to help us find evidance?
I would like to note to you all again, EA has no information about PB bans and the information you ask.
Reason for Evenbalance not allowing you to know the information on how PB works, triggers bans and what program cheats do it, is because of security reasons. If you had this information, you would very well know and easily bypass PB systems. This is one of many reasons Evenbalance cant provide you with the information and proof that you need. However Evenbalance does have this proof and if requested by law and for an example in court, I think they would gladly provide it in privet of course (you would still not be allowed to know, because of security reasons).
There is also many more reasons, but this pretty much covers that.
