Just hold on for now and it should come back on its own.

Community AdminYou should just be able to keep playing now. Once you get in a match all your progress should be there anyway.
Don't forget to set a new medal after this week's reset. 🙂
Same here, but with some more details I had all classes above rank 3 and assault at rank 10. Now they are all below rank 3 and assault is somewhere at rank 5 but all the weapons that are just unlocked at rank 3 or 10 and I bought are still equipable. And my dogtag for Assault rang 10 is also still equipped, but it is marked as not unlocked in the menus. And I am pretty sure that the xp is also displayed correctly even my overall rank is correct, for example my assault has still it's 300 000 ish xp which is needed for rank 10 (i think),but it says I am assault rank 5.
Community Admin@gehtsiegarnixan Hey, it sounds like things are working correctly. Due to a pre-patch bug folks were progressing faster than intended, making variable/overly-fast progress. However the absolute amount of XP should be remembered by the server, and the game has now set your class rank correctly to match this.
It's already a bit of a shock to have ones class rank reset, so any War Bond unlocks made before the patch should be kept. I'm not sure if you'll be able to return to your rank 10 dogtag if you swap away from it, but for now if you leave it untouched you can use it for now.
All of my classes rank went back to 0. My war bond increased for some reason. My weapons that I got are still there but my rank, classes rank, dogtags, kills, death, etc... went back to 0. I was on rank 42 or 47 I think. (optional) put all my classes on rank 10 because I was really pissed off when this happened. I hope this glitch isn't as bad as Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare. Just fix this glitch on the PS4. I will not be playing battlefield 1 for a while until you guys fix this glitch.
I have the same problem on PC. I went to play today and all of my stats have reset to '0'!!! I still have my level 10 weapons, my war bonds, dog tags etc but I was rank 72 and now I'm 0. Not happy as I've lost 100+ hrs of BF1 stats. I hope this is just a glitch that will resolve itself soon. Won't be happy if I need start from 0. DICE please fix!!!!!
