i know im lame.. but how do uninstall bf1.. and install it again

Press the Windows key and "X" at the same time > Control Panel > Programs and features > select BF1 > uninstall > after the de-installation is finished restart the machine.
When you launch the game try running it in Windowed mode by pressing the Alt and Enter keys.

how do i get my money back from origin, ive tried everything, still nothing
Here you can request a refund if you are still qualified for it.
If the system "thinks" that you are not, you need to contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
