Repair Install
Whenever i contact EA officials for solution of problem, they ask me to repair install though i am downloading the game for 1st time after installing windows. The thing is i don't find REPAIR INSTALL...

1.first check your pc configuration to play game, weather it is able to play with your hardware or not.
2.if your hardware is capable of playing that game, download and install new updated origin,
3.then throuth origin download and install game, or directly install if you have DVD.
4.download and install patch.
5.try to play game.
6.if game opens, enjoy. or else follow step 7.
7.right click on your non-opening game on origin and find "Repair Insall". click it.
8.it takes some seconds to check your game, and repair it automatically repairs. then you can enjoy playing.

First of all step 1 is irrelevant,I have an old Pc rig and when I had problems with the game even EA support team told me my rig could not run the game,and here I am 600 hours+ and col100.
Second as general stated,he must have an issue with the install of the game since he contacted EA support without having the game installed.
