Re: Reset my stats

Hm. I just checked this on the EA Help page and I think you can try to reset your stats via EA support. Please let me know your result.

Couldn't connect to live chat, I ve been waitting forever for the page to load but stuck on this "Thanks for Contacting EA! Please wait while we connect you to an EA Game Advisor." Ive tried different browsers and devices but still couldnt get into. its very frustrating. Do u know whats EA email support?

I'm sorry but email address is not available for some topics. Can you please try again later ? And don't forget to turn off all extensions of your browser (adblock and etc.)

Traditionally EA Support won't reset Battlefield stats.  @Straatford87 has this policy changed?

As far as I can see, there is button "Request Progress Reset" on the EA Help for Battlefield 1.

This policy has not changed - the option you're seeing on the website is a general option available for all games.
