What have you tried to fix it? I recommend trying to following steps:
1. From the Origin games library right click the BF3 icon and select "repair"
2. Manually update Punkbuster by downloading the latest file from evenbalance.com even if it says it's up to date run the utility anyway and then after that is finished manually add BF3 to Punkbuster.
