The code was tied to your Origin account when it was redeemed as part of your first installation. If you would like to play Battlefield 3 again or in case you switched PC, all you have to do is download Origin again and all your games will be waiting for you in your games library.

So, if you remember your old Origin account details, log in and the game will be available again. In case you don't remember anymore, you can get in touch with one of our Game Advisors via live chat at https://help.ea.com/contact-us for assistance. They should be able to locate your old account if you can provide them with the product code.
