It is a ranked, hardcore server that was payed for. Either we get a refund, or we get start getting people on our server.

You payed for the server, not for people to want to play on it. It's your responsibility to make your server attractive so people want to play on it.

It's like buying a bus, just because you bought a bus it doesn't mean that you automaticly get passengers for it.

The banner will not upload. And I shouldn't have to change it.

So you can't change the banner that you shouldn't have to change? what?
