I would not say there is any way these could ever adversely effect good teamplayers who are supports or medics.
If I was making the decisions for DICE I would had made them to give more points to those who actively assist their team with supplies, repairing, spotting, spawn beacons and ofc reviving.
The players who make sure the better killers in the team are well supported need more recognition. Many heroes would not be as great without their sidekicks.
