Re: Status in main menu isn't correct

Hi there!

It is updating a bit slower from "MY SOLDIER" in the game menu. 

What you can do is to clear game cache, start the game and install all necessary content/updates again.

    Clear Cache: 
    1. From the XMB menu, select Network. 
    2. Select Internet Browser. 
    3. After the Internet Browser appears press the Triangle button. 
    4. Select Tools on the Options menu. 
    5. Select Delete Cookies or Delete Cache then select Yes to confirm.

    I tried what you suggested and unfortunately it didn't resolve the problem, I'm still being listed as a Second Lieutenant when I'm actually a Captin now. Not sure if this will help get a resolution but this only started to happen after the double xp day on the 14th for premium players, before that I had no issues. I'm able to use everything that has been unlocked so far including the Captin dog tags. Also the xp bar on the status screen and under my progression are blue and not white. It's not preventing me from playing just would like to see the actually status and xp.

    You will have to wait since, sometimes it updates your stats slower from the in-game "MY SOLDIER", then it does on Battlelog and after match reports. Please, update again later again and your rank should appear as normal again.

    Yeah it looks like its updating really slow, I has updated my rank to Captin, however Im a major now, but looks like your solution was right, clearing the cache and cookies, seemed to help. And like you said it might take a while before it fully updates. Thanks again for the help.

    Hi Timmie, the problem I was having is slowly working its self out, however I do have a new few new issues. First when I create a squad I can't make it a private squad, I try to move down to the check box for private but I'm unable to select it, jumps right pass the private check box. Secondly I can't mute someone who is using a head set. It does show that I selected mute however, I can still hear what they are saying, which gets annoying when that player is yelling into their headset. If there is a way I can resolve this please let me know.
