Ok, finally we figured it out. The problem was that I was looking on the Battlefield menu. Actually you have to look on the Playsation 4 settings menu.
Go to PS4 Settings -> Sound and Screen- > Display Area Setting - > Adjust Screen Corners
Adjust the screen corners to the edge of the tv.
Hope this helps others with the same problem I had.
