Even if you have Premium, the shortcut bundle still does not unlock these for you. You must complete the assignments needed to unlock them. To see which weapons are DLC go to your soldier on Battlelog and go the your weapons stats. Then look for the icons in this image and any with a symbol in the corner are DLC weapons. http://i.imgur.com/FXRJNG4.png
