This is a bug that is as far as I believe not fixed yet. It happened with a lot of other people, so it's on EA's side.
All you can do if you really want it is contact support about it and they will try to help you as soon as possible.
You can contact support about this matter by following these steps:
1.Click on this link::
http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/new/
2.Select Battlefield 4 as your product.
3.Select the platform you use to play BF4 and click next.
4.Click on the Select a topic drop-down menu, then choose Lost / Missing Items as your topic.
5.Fill everything in and submit the form.
You will receive an email with the results of your case once the investigation is complete. Be sure to stay posted to your email for additional information.
