Re: Unable to launch game since 1.24 (Ps4)

im having this problem. game campaign works perfectly fine. but as soon as i update to v1.24 and it installs, suddenly disc cannot be read. How do i solve this?

Let me know if these steps help fix it for you.

1. Make sure that your PS4 has the latest system software update
2. Perform a power cycle. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game. 
3. If you are using an external hard drive, try uninstalling the game and disconnect the hard drive, then reinstall the game on the internal hard drive with the internet disconnected.
