Cause I posted a snapshot that has a very specific clue about the issue, I need a very specific fix, which has nothing to do with those copy-n-paste-wild-goose-chase-replies like did you try to reinstall your operating system.

Actually, I found the solution after I post here. Guess what it's a long existed issue caused by the frostbite engine, and somebody even developed a tool to work around it. You can find it here https://www.dogfight360.com/blog/29/

The dev of the tool said it's a frostbite engine exclusive problem, BF3, BF4, NFS18 all had this problem, they fixed the BF4 and the NFS18 but didn't care to fix the BF3.

That blog was posted on 01/06/2013. 7 years later that tool is still working proves EA or Dice doesn't care about it. I'd rather be ignored than get an insincere reply. Insincere is worse than nothingness, simple as that.

yes the snapshot showed the dx error, thats lovely. but you still didnt provide anything about what you had tried .
you know this is a community help forum right, the only way people could help you solve it would be to ask you things.
btw nobody affiliated with EA would tell you to use that program either.
its memory resident, its a 3rd party tool, its not approved by EA so it is a violation of the tos. Irrespective of if you think its harmless, what it actually does, do you know?
but then again thats a question, and you dont want those.
