I can't change ANY skins in the 'Customise Soldier' menu and can't see them anywhere else.
Mind, I am old and my eyes are dim so that might have something to do with it..... 👀

I encounter a funny glitch on BF1 these last fe days.During character customization,the eapons loadout is locked to the default weapons,in which you can't even change skin,and they all appear to need war bonds to unlock.
The game though tells me i have no war bonds,despite i've some 4500 of them.
The funny part is that i can change loadout in the pre-battle menu,and i can pick any of the weapons i have already unlocked and customized.the settings on them are not lost.
What this might be,and how can it be solved?

Pc, mate.On Steam.
Thing is i have linked the Steam and Origin accounts,and the glitch appears on both.

Exactly.I can choose any weapon and gadget i like,but only pre-battle.I cannot change my character or weapons loadout and skin in the game customization menu,they appear to be still locked and the skins have disappeared..

Everything except the game's default weapons.
And even on those i cannot change skins,since they do not appear in the customisations options.
I can tweak the magnification,recoil and stuff but there is no skin option.
brother try to reinstall the game and all the dlcs.
i'm in ps4 platform but i face that issue before while transferring the game from the external to the internal hd
Looks like it's what i'll finally do.
As i think of it,looks like some files between the pc cache and cloud cache don't match,and there is not much i can do than delete the game and reinstall it in this case.
