It probably would, but only probably... to an extent, it is an individual matter. Still, generally it is recommended to keep the ADS sensitivities at 100%. I honestly would recommend reading this thread and using it as a reference, it explains the UsA in great detail and provides tips regarding setting it up properly. The thread creator is one of CTE testers who were the most involved with testing and polishing this system, so he knows this stuff way better than I do.

The thing about uniform aiming is, it takes some time to get used to it, which is pretty obvious - if you get used to a certain sensitivity, you're going to struggle for a while after something changes in it. In the end, you can play around with sensitivity for each case as much as you want - if it doesn't work, just go back to initial settings and try again. In the end, if it still feels meh regardless of settings, you can turn it off.
