This means that most likely texture packs are taking a while to load as spitfiresiemion said

-Repairing game
-Reinstalling game
Also how fast a connection is your HDD to your MOBO?

Samsung 840 evo, its connected to the 6gb plug (and yes using a 6gb cable).After reading many posts it seems that repair game may need to be done sevral times. Im gonna try that to.
