There's no official requirements, but I'd estimate 2 Mbit internet and above should work. Not that below wont work, but all the expansionpacks, patches and updates would take forever to download.

The thing is that the game often kicks me out of the server so i think thats because my internet speed is 700kb/s ...
It's a beta, many people are getting kicked for a lot of different reasons. Don't have to be your speed, might just be a bug with the game.
Also, you will not get kicked for slow internet - however, you can get kicked if you have too high a ping.
