Open Origin, go to the My Games tab, hover the mouse over the game and click the italicized i. The product code should be located there. If not, get in touch wtih EA support as this forums is not an officia support page, but a place for players to help eachother.

Go to help.ea.com and click contact us. Then enter the relevant information and choose your contact method. Depending on your country, you'll have the options for phone, chat, or email.
It is better to do it by live chat and for that EDIT before you contact support look at your hidden games and also wait 48 hour of your purchase
