Would it not create a set of players that build only?

How to tell when a new vehicle can be built?
Can you pre-prepare a new vehicle?
Is it locked to the first builder?
Can others help or only the driver?
Can you make more then 1 at a time(not map limit) ?
I wonder how long such a setup would last if a vehicle driver had to build their own vehicles. In BFV some complained building was too slow compared to how quickly they could be destroyed.
How would you feel after building a replacement vehicle, only for the existing vehicle never to be destroyed?
