Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account. They can't look into any specific cases.

3 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
4 Select a topic and write about your issue.
5 Click next, Select your preferred contact method.
6 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast.

    Nothing can be done about bans here.  See the above post ^

    My guess is the timezone the message is reporting is not the same as yours.  I would wait 24 hours before contacting support.

  • Looks like you have been unbanned. Try not to get banned this time...
