A nice to notice that if you do a clean start in Win10 to not have anything running in the background past this installation that is not absolutely necessary. And just to check the minimum requirements to play BF1 might be a GTX1050 but this does not mean that you can play on a 64p server. I think the maximum would be about 24 players for your GPU speed. Also low bandwidth and long distance to the gameserver might also contribute to a low framerate. And last computers seem to run better when as close as possible to 0 deg (Far. / Cel.). I think you will be able to do 40FPS but drops are a natural occurrence and the speeds of the computer determines how far and at what pace it recovers.
