Re: X32 bit laptop/custumer service

First of all, your computer and Windows is not 32 bit (x86)  - it's a 64 bit (x64). This means you should run Battlefield 4 as 64bit which is the standard setting.

Secondly, your computer has very old drivers. DXDiag doesn't show that you are using the newest drivers, most you have are from 2013. You should download the latest for games / programs to run proberly. The Nvidia Geforce experience software on your computer should be able to update your NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M graphics card otherwise you can download the latest Windows 8.1 driver here : http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/77841

You should also go here and download the latest Intel drivers: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

Your Dell laptop might also have other outdated drivers, those you should be able to find updates to on Dell's homepage.

    So

So I updated NVIDIA and I did one update but to do the rest I need to get this which requires this and it just keeps going and going. Is there a easier way to do this?

    Thanks,

You will have to be more specific. I can't see what "this" is.
