Reach the hotel Battlefield 4 bug - Other two guys won't follow me

Hello,

So, I am playing the mission 2, reach the hotel. In the part where the elevator is supposed to be I fall down in a kind of cave. I read some posts and they said to run back and get together with your team. I have done that. But doesn't  matter what I do the other two guys in the game won't move from where the first ladder is. I restarted the mission, used the repair game option in Origin, updated my drivers for the video card and also took a lower resolution in the video settings. Nothing solved it so far. Any suggestion are very welcome!
