    Hello, i have a question, i have pre-orderd Delux edition game, and as I understand i should get the veichle unlock pack Imediatly ? right ? But it is not active as of yet I preorderd  yesterday. Thank you.

    To which platform did you pre-ordered Battlefield 4 for? [XBOX 360, PC, PS3]

    Please note that it can take up to 48 Hours before you receive your content. If you haven't got anything under these hours, please contact a Game Advisor here and they can help you.

    It is PC and it hase been 3 days now . So i will contact someone for more help. Thank you  but is there a way to get a lice chat support because i cant find a way to contact someone.

    Yes. If you go to the link I gave you, you can contact a Game Advisor. Then you need to choose which product you need help with and platform etc.

    After you have entered all the details, then you're ready to chat with a Advisor.

    If you still can't find how to do that, let me know. 

    Also. Make sure to sign in with your Origin account first.

    Did you contact the Advisors?

    We can't really do anything from this community board. This must be done by the customer support/advisors.

    Contact them here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us and they can help you. Make sure to log-in with your Origin account first.

    Hello, and yes i tryed but there wasint a way for me to contact them directly,( well at least i didin't find a way) gonna try again.

    Question: If i buy this Digital Deluxe version we get these battlepacks, will these battlepacks also be included in Premium later or they for the pre-order /deluxe versions only?
