Add Javelin Anti-cheat System to BF Hardline and BF 4

DICE please add the Javelin anti-cheat system to Battlefield Hardline and Battlefield 4.  The cheaters are out of control.  People still enjoy those games.  Also, please enable cross-platform play for those two games.  Thank you.
