Really REALLY bad textures in BF4 PS3

Hi,

After talking to EA Game support guys for hours, calling for over 30 mins to a non answering helpdesk, im really pissed of by EA Games.

It seems nobody cares about helping me out on this issue. I'm experiencing really bad textures in BF4. I think the battlefield 1942 looks the same or maybe better. The support guy can only tell me to go to settings and lower graphic settings. (really?? on a ps3 REALLY??). The next advice is to get a PS4.

Sure. If my car is making a really weird noise, just tell me to buy a new one! That would fix it!!

I'm really that pissed off, that you guys are not helping me out on this one. The support keeps saying PC Game related stuff, not listening to me at all and the Dutch EA Helpdesk is unreachable. Ive waited for over 15 minutes on the phone, untill it was closing time. And I just got cut off the phone.

I just want to play a game, which I've bought because of its graphic and multiplayer options. But I'm not getting what I've payed for.

Serious, EA, you guys have some internal problems. Your support desk is advising me to get a PS4, because I'm having trouble with a single game, I have to change settings because that would make my PC (pc, serious?) better... I totally lost it.

I'm done with EA.

Where to get a refund and return the game?

Yeah I don't think people realize how little of power the 360 and PS3 have.
BF 4 shouldn't have even been made for the 360 or PS3. Honestly if u want it to look better get a next gen console or gaming PC. That is what this game was made for. You should thank dice for even making it compatible for the 360 and PS3

Man im having the same exact issue on my ps3.
Problem is this.
If you edperience that bad graphics (Really REALLY bad) then you must buy a new TV to support HDMI and be HDTV !
If u go at your display settings on ur ps3 u will find the resolution of your screen!
You can check the resolutions u want to have in-game (450p , 570p , 750p and 1080p)
My tv supports the 450p only so i have to buy a bew tv with HD and 1080p resolution so it maximises the PS3 game graphics!

Oh my god such newbs.. PS3 us using the same ram as a freakin ipad! the core is made of dirt, and everything is lame about it, COD GHOST and BF4 are games made for the next generation, everyone have these ''problems'' of yours. the thing is they are no problems, they are simply glithes becouse the PS3 simply aint powerfull enough to play the game properly, you are playing bf4 at the lowest of the lowest quality at the ps3, and the only thing you can do about it too either buy yourself a brand new gaming computer, or buy the ps4, becouse you jsut waisted you own time trying to get help for nothing, next time look up what kindoff cpu the ps3 have, and also check what its made to run.

lol Holy **bleep** dude, I feel your pain. I've had a similar experience EVERY time I've ever contacted EA support. They are aboslute **bleep** garbage. At the very least, I got a good laugh from that while at the same time I'm severely disappointed I'm not alone with the texture issue and this game in general. I swear BF3 looked better on Xbox360 than this **bleep** I'm seeing on PS3. I actually bought it for PC and thought the graphics were too awful and my framerate was laggin so I figured the PS3 version would be stable cause ya know, it was made for the console...So **bleep** pissed.
