ReBuying Battlefield 2142 i cannot donwload???

Hello, i wanted to play 2142 after new game and i have it and played before my Old PC has a DVD-Rom but my new setup dosen't have a DVD-Rom abously so i saw in a internet can able to add Origins Library so i contact the support and proof it but don't activate so i been waiting that problem sold and i like to from my origins thank you. Proof in the video and pictures i already shared it from support even the picture of the Key support dosen't care i mean how many time i have to buy this game to adding my account???
