Recently Bought BF2 on amazon

HI im having trouble i bought the game off amazon and it did not say it didn't include a online code just for singleplayer and i want either a refund or a FREE battlefield 2 complete collection ONLI...

see i contacted amazon they said i have to go through EA to get an online code for free
