This are specific issue icons that may appear if your game is having problems. Different icons represent different problems and color represents how severe it is.
If its light orange, that means that the problem is there but its very low and there is nothing to fear much. If its dark orange, that means that the problem is there and is in some cases a bit higher, keep track of your game performance and stability as if this appear all the time you maybe having some problems etc. If its full red, that means that the specific problem is there and there is a chance it is severe. In this case, your game maybe experiencing problems and you will notice them in most cases, either wait for it to go away or just switch to a more stable server and check your system connection to make it better.
There are many issue icons in the game from packet loss, to connection problems and so on. They are mostly copied from the original BF4 icons, you can ignore them if you are not interested in them, just keep an eye out if too many are showing up and you see your game having problems as they act as indicators showing what could be wrong. They are also mostly for monitoring how well your game performs, if you get non then you are fine but if you get them a lot, then review your system and server etc.
