Redeem code for china rising ps3

I entered my china rising code back when battlefield 4 first came out, the content pulled up, I selected "continue" but no downloadable content. Months later I tried to use the code again after losing the code under my couch ... Play station responded "this code has been redeemed" so now I have no code and no china rising .... Very frustrating, I paid good money for this game you would figure there would b more help to correct this problem but I guess EA already has their money and they don't care about their customers
