Redeem Code problem
Hello
I purchased battlefield 3 premium cd for ps3 yestrday 9/6/13
I went home all happy ..pealed of the package inserted the cd tried to redeem code..
And all i get is an error that my code was allready used!!!!!
I just opened the package !!!! I dont know who to addres and what to do?
I will appreciate any help..

Okay at first you need to get in contact with your retailer and ask for an replacement. They need to provide you a functional copy including all codes if you buy a new and non-used game. If you still have issues, you can always get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for further assistance.
