Redeeming BF3 Premium Code again on new PC

I installed and redeemed my Battlefield 3 Premium game a few years ago. Then recently, i got another PC and downloaded BF3 and then went to redeem the BF3 Premium code in Origin and got the message: "Code already used". How does one go about contacting one single support guy in the EA empire and then proceed to explain why no simply process is in place for situations like mine...and i'm sure countless of others out there. Any suggestions please ?

Product Code can be activated once and only for one Account. You don't need to activate the game each time. Just login to your Origin Account and download the game from your Library.

to elaborate a bit more on this:

A product can only be used once. You redeem the code on an account, then it is tied to said account. If you want to download the game on another PC, you would have to log in with the same account.

The message "Code has already been redeemed" will pop up whenever you try to redeem a code that has previously been redeemed on any account. It usually is an indicator that you might have multiple accounts and are logging into the wrong one.

my bf3 was deleted from my origin acc. how do i reinstall with codes redeemed?
