I purchased the last stand dlc and I keep getting the same server with no players. This is bull, refund or I will begin the process to get it back!

I've never heard of such an error, It's however impossible to help when there's no details like what platform are you on!

As for @Mr_Montana_BF's suggestion, The Great Game Guarantee doesn't cover DLC, so all refund requests have to go to customer support at help.ea.com
Be advised that the Origin Great game guarantee only applies to PC products purchased via Origin and not anything purchased in stores, on the PSN or Xbox Live Marketplace. If you purchased via those methods you are bound the the terms and conditions of those places regarding returns. Also be advised that if on console if you do return the DLC you will lose access to any DLC weapons that you unlocked from that expansion pack.
