Refund request not answered after 20 days, attempts to contact have not worked.

Bought game 10/30. Requested refund within proper restrictions. It is now 11/20 and the order still shows "Refund Requested". When I click "See Details" I am sent to a page that says "Sorry that page doesn't exist!" When trying to get any further information about my refund, I am only given the option to do live chat. When attempting to use the live chat, it says "Wait time under 5 minutes". Each time that I have attempted, I have waited 30+ minutes on a loading screen saying "Please wait while we connect you to an EA Games Advisor." I have attempted to call every possible phone number that I have been able to find through searching and they are all no longer in service. If live chat is the only option that I am being offered and that is not working, what can I do after 20 days of waiting?

    I have a few addons on Firefox, but I disabled them before contacting. I have never used Microsoft Edge before and Chrome installation was fresh. Was unable to connect using any of them. It always displayed "Please wait while we connect you to an EA Games Advisor" followed by the rotating animation.

    I installed Opera today and it connected within seconds. After chatting with a Game Advisor I got my refund, so all is good now. Hope OP will see this reply.

    I'm having the same problem as you described. Did you managed to get through to them?

    @oshpal2342 Hey, if you're unable to get through to support/chat isn't responding for you, can you try swapping to a different device or browser? Sometimes local blockers/config settings can be a factor.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I already tried Microsoft Egde, Firefox and Crome on 2 different computers, couldn't get through.

    Then I installed Opera browser and it worked!

    Wow, that's a wide sample size. I wonder, did you have any addons/extensions shared across your existing browsers, and that wouldn't be on a fresh Opera install?
