Refund Request over 48 hours, no reply.

I requested a refund for Battlefield 1 and it isn't in "My Cases" nor have I had an email about the case and it has been over the 48 hours that the request/ticket said. I have tried requesting again but it won't let me since 24 hours have passed since I first played the game. Anything I can do?

    I have already tried this, is the chat available at this time or will I need to wait until active hours?It doesn't allow me to select "Live Chat", It is currently 18:52.

    I've changed your subject.  We at AHQ do not deal with refunds at all.  @bart69132 

    Only your local Help Center office will have the working schedule at the lower part of the page where contact options are supposed to be found.  Here is North America, Live Chat runs 24/7, except as far as I am able to recall, this past Christmas, they gave the personnel time off for the holiday.  I don't think that has been the case before now (at least during the four and 3/4 years that I've visited at AHQ). 

    If you get any unusual results on the contact page, you may need to turn off any feature or function to affect pop-ups, and any other settings that differ from the browser's base (default) settings.
