As another update. Played tonight from 18:30 till 21:00 and the server crashed after EVERY ROUND.

We spend a long time filling the server up then cleared EVERY ROUND.

I've got some video footage if it's in anyway useful, though basically it crashes after the round overview and scores as it's about to load the next level. Black screen then "You've been disconnected" message.

The team is aware of the issue and investigating it as we speak, no ETA for the moment.

Thanks for the update.
The instance was given at post #3 unless the instance ID changes week on week? I can provide whatever is needed if I'm able.

Sadly the community we built up for our server over the last 10 months is now dead.

We are still looking/investigating into this issue, but nothing new to share.

Thanks for that. Any idea if there's anyway to get some credit for server rental for Battlefield V? Assuming everything is fixed for that release.

It's pretty clear whats going on, the servers are crashing and not loading the next map. How hard is that * to figure out?

To be fair I'd imagine there's a little more to it. While maybe software related (eg the game) I'd imagine there's possible complications with the cloud hosting infrastructure too. Hopefully there's an update very soon!
