Rented servers keeps saying pending

It started about 4 weeks ago now, it was just after an update, and unfortunately i had just re newed my rented server for another 90 days. If the server is empty, after about 15 to 20 mins it disappears from mine and the other 2700 favourites list, and the only way to get it showing again is by going to "my rented servers" and updating it, then it will show again, but obviously this is completely useless as whilst I'm at work, No one can find it. I definitely wont be spending anymore money with EA, as they dont give a Hoot. I have contacted them 6 times now and got absolutely No where. I did read that this was an issue in 2017, but maybe they sorted it. I have had a rented server for a couple of years. But as soon as the 90 days is up EA aint getting another Penny from me.
