Reply Phantom Assignment Bug "Unable to Complete"

The Phantom Assignments do not show assignment stats. http://imgur.com/FxnV6l3 [imgur.com]

I completed "Phantom Trainee" it shows as completed but never received the Paint in game. It is not in the list to even select. http://imgur.com/q6NyV9P [imgur.com]

I completed "Phantom Initiate" but it does not show as completed. The progress bar is stuck. Unable to unlock the Phantom Camo. http://i.imgur.com/skkeECr.png?1 [i.imgur.com]



All passwords for the phantom programs were accepted http://imgur.com/feEtZFx [imgur.com] ,
but because of the Phantom Assignment issue and not having the current Phantom Camo and Paint. I am unable to ride the elevator to unlock the Compound Bow.


I completed "Dead Stop" several times and still have not received the DAO. http://imgur.com/bFS8sHd [imgur.com]


Can this be forwarded to a specialist team?

    DICE should post all locations for PS3 spawn times including intervals when someonw finds one. I am getting sick and tired of running around like a chicken, my K/D has gone down my skill was over 400. Come on DICE-LA why make this one so........... hard.

    Locations are on Reddit, Spawn is random, Time between spawn is 5 minutes. It isn't that hard use the Mav on Op.WhiteOut.

    What if you got as far as I did 8 hours of hunting to find out that I can't unlock a weapon because battlelog is broken and EA support can't do anything.

    If I were to...

    1.) switch my email on my current origin account.

    2.) make a new Origin account and attach my Xbox One email to it

    What exactly would happen?

    Would I get a new Battlelog Profile?

    Would I loose my stats?

    Would I keep my stats and be on a new Profile?
