I agree. Since turning network smoothing to 0 I've actually started going even-positive.
I do want to add in that there is an additional bug that some players may blame on the netcode.
Hitmarkers sometimes dissapear, while the server will still register the hits and reward you the kill, hitting escape twice will usually fix this for a kill or 2. It does not happen in every game, but when it happens once, it continues throughout the entire round for roughly half the players you shoot at.
Also, thanks for your efforts DICE, we know EA pushed you to release this game without allowing enough time for bug fixes. The improvements you've made so far make a huge difference, and i look forward to the day this game runs as designed.

Network smothing factor always set to 0...

Yeah, maybe if you have 1kbps internet connection. Even with network smoothing factor disabled, you get insta-killed, shot while behind cover, and all that.
Usually my bullets are OK (registering and stuff), however there are very often deads when I'm getting killed before the enemy even comes around the corner (from that enemy).
I'm playing always on servers with ping below 100ms. Network smoothing at 0.
The following vid might be netcode, or "just" server lag (80% of servers lag for me, don't know why).
