    Hey there,

Using a VPN or game accelerator to improve your routing is not inherently against the rules, but third-party tools that alter network packets or conflict with anti-cheat drivers can occasionally trigger automated security actions.

Regarding your account status, community staff and frontline live support cannot review or overturn bans on the forums, as all account actions are handled exclusively by the dedicated Terms of Service team. Closing and reopening cases or trying to create duplicate tickets can stall the process in the system. The best way to check your exact status and ensure your case is in the queue is to log into the official Penalty History tool on EA Help. Once submitted, the TOS team reviews the case and sends their final decision directly to you.

As for any steps that may help, a VPN always makes it a tad more complicated, as it can interfere with the steps.

I would suggest taking a look at

Even if you are playing a different BF game, the steps can help improve things on your end.
