This is not possible, there is no mechanism to reset your multiplayer progress in battlefield 1.
Even if delete this game from Origin and add again? Or buy other key and add do account?

That is correct because your stats are tied to your account and your stats are stored on DICE's stats servers @Mywu
You can create and entirely new EA Account and purchase BF1 again on the new account, but that is the only way that you can start over.
