Reset stats

I go on the battlelog this afternoon for play BF3 on PC and when i'm connected , i loose all my stats and i'm Level 0 ....

    You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.

    Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

    1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
    2) Select a topic for the best results.
    3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
    4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
    5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.

it happened to me a few minutes ago. But i really don't know why. Perhaps a bug.
