Got it fixed, seems to be a problem with dx12:
1. Repair BF1 in the Origin Launcher.
2. Delete the Battlefield 1 Folder in your documents.
3. Start the game. Your settings will be deleted, also don't try to turn on dx12, or it'll crash again until it's fixed.
Have Fun!
Thanks @Amace1 - I had forgotten the simple settings reset in my sticky thread at http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Nov-15th-Fall-Update-Can-t-play-or-patch-info/td-p/5696716 and this made me remember it 🙂

I had same issue with the game crashing on launch ect, so i followed you're suggestions on how it might be fixed.
I repaired my game, didn't work. So i renamed my "Setting" folder from the path given, this loaded my game fine, re-did all my settings, but there is on major flaw. It seems that by renaming the settings folder, it resets your entire single player progress, as you have to run the tutorial mission as soon as you launch the game.
Would be interesting to see if the same thing happens to other people who did the same thing.

You can always rename the folder back and get all your settings files back to how they used to be.
