[RESOLVED] Game crashes after 11/15/16 patch. (Conflict with MSI Afterburner)

I just received the 11/15/16 patch. Upon starting the game after patching, it proceeded to start normally. Immediately after "Personalizing the experience for you" when the screen fades to black, ...

    RESOLVED: This was a conflict with MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner. Turning those applications off allows the game to function normally. Changing settings to DX11 allows the game to work with Afterburner.

    @Rezin77 Thanks for the solution post. We've seen a few folks with similar issues, and disabling the appropriate software seems to be a reliable fix for now..

      @peterpanmiss Are you playing on the EA Access trial? Since the patch unfortunately those playing the trial are unable to play. We are investigating the issue but for now folks won't be able to start a multiplayer match.
