Go to Control Panel, System and Security, Windows Firewall, click Allow A program Through Firewall. Click Change a Program settings,
scroll down the list and see PunkBustr A and B, make sure the box to the right is checked for your Home Network. Mine only showed it
being checked for Public Networks. I had to check both A and B as Home/Work networks. This might be the problem. Why these got
changed I have no idea. I just updated my Avast Antivirus to the newest version as a paid customer and it may have screwed up my
files. I know it thought my programs run only on Public Networks after the update for Avast Antivirus.
This might solve your problems.
