Not anywhere in the case or on the insert.
Target is 30 min away.
Yes, I am sure!

Still waiting for a customer service reply and an activation code.
How can you sell a sealed product with no code?
- Anonymous11 years ago
1. Take it back to the store. EA doesn't support the resale of previously registered games.
2. Do not Spam the Answer HQ forums.
3. Every retailer has a vacuum seal machine. You can get one yourself, for sealing food you are freezing at home.
Official support is on Help Center. Answer HQ is not Help Center.

How do we know it was previously activated?
What I said was " the insert contained no activation code"
For the case the activation code is missing due to a faulty printed insert I'd take it back to the store and talk to the clerk as already mentioned.

Took Battlefield Hardline back to the store and went to the Games section.
We verified there was no activation code.
They took another new game off the shelf, removed the security lock and presto, another factory game with no activation code.
Solution: REFUND
