Routing Issues between AWS and EA
Hello,
Since June/July, you have known about routing/switching/handshaking issues between Amazon Web Services and your game servers:

Over the last months, these issues have also affected your Battlefield servers intermittently e.g.

as well as possibly other titles. The issue is 100% packet loss, meaning the game cannot be played online and players are disconnected from servers just as they are about to join because your server will not authenticate their accounts.When I contact your help, they say "try again in 24 hours," but it is now weeks. So when are you and Amazon going to fix these routing problems?Since my ISP uses AWS and there are only two ISPs where I live, what do you suggest I do, other than ask for a refund from EA because I cannot play?
