Royal order of the imperial crown doesnt detect being top 5 in a round

Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Royal order of the imperial crown didnt detect that i was top 5 in a round. I finished 2nd on my team.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? place 2nd on scoreboard. dont receive the medal progression
What happens when the bug occurs? place 2nd on scoreboard. dont receive the medal progression
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number 980
Enter RAM memory size in GB 32

Yeah this happened to me as well. You have to be in the top 5 score across the server, across both teams. In this screenshot you came 6th on the server. For this I just did TDM so there was less competition.

Thank you for reporting this. Does your progress got stuck, or this was a one-time issue only? This can be just a random sync glitch.

Try these steps first to clear up any problems you may have when connecting to an EA game.

Have a similar issue. Counter stops always at 19/20 kills and doesnt countinue to count even you have more than the needed 20 kills for the 3 Stage!

Hey make sure that that's the current objective in the medal to complete. You have to complete the objectives in order of appearance. So for example if you have three objectives in that medal and thats the last objective to complete then you have to complete the first objective, then the second, and then you will be able to complete the third.

Hey @Intelta,

that's the exact reason - Top 5 means Top 5 of all players in that round, not on your team. You could technically be the top scorer on your team and still place 10th overall.
